1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using sexotalk (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use sexotalk. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.
3. Nature of the service
sexotalk is a free, anonymous platform that connects users with strangers for voice, text, and video chat. All content exchanged between users is transmitted peer-to-peer and is not stored on our servers. We do not moderate, review, or store private conversations.
4. User conduct
You agree not to use sexotalk to: (a) share content involving minors; (b) harass, threaten, or coerce other users; (c) impersonate any person or entity; (d) send spam or unsolicited advertising; (e) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service or its infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate disconnection and permanent ban.
5. Privacy & data
sexotalk accounts are anonymous. We store only your gender, age, match preferences, and IP address for safety purposes. Conversations are peer-to-peer and never touch our servers. Inactive accounts are automatically deleted after 30 days. Reports are retained for 90 days for moderation review, then deleted.
6. Content responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you share. sexotalk does not store, screen, or control user-generated content. By sharing content, you confirm you have the right to do so and that it complies with applicable law.
7. Reporting & moderation
You can report a partner at any time using the flag icon. Reports are reviewed by our team and may result in account termination. Reports include the reported user's IP address for abuse prevention.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific match quality, or the behavior of other users. Use at your own risk.
9. Limitation of liability
sexotalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
